With the classic telephone systems, the maintenance of the user data and the configuration of the system was usually in the hands of the supplier, who billed for each change or was paid for via a maintenance contract.
Ease of use
iQall gives you back the administration of your telephone system and users. The variable settings of the PBX can be changed and users, telephones, groups and functions can be managed using a graphic surface.
iQall is multi-client capable and can manage any number of companies, their branches and telephone connections. All data is organized hierarchically. As a result, at iQall the basic settings for the companies, the company settings for the branches, etc. be inherited. However, they can also be overwritten.
Automatic provisioning and configuration
As far as the end devices allow, iQall automatically provision them with a configuration and a current firmware update. Here, too, we have created simple functions that support the user and therefore do not require any external support.
