Deutsche Telekom has discontinued ISDN. Whether it will be 2018 or 2019 is not really relevant. It is important for companies that ISDN will only be available for a few years. There will definitely be temporary solutions for the existing Siemens HiPath systems with which existing systems can be connected to modern VoIP technology. But these will become expensive due to the dependencies and have no perspective.

Now is the time to calmly look for alternatives. We'll show you how you can smoothly migrate to the new technology. This allows you to keep your high investments in the existing infrastructure and still use all the options of all-IP technology.

Telecommunications as part of information technology
We have been a service provider for telecommunications and information technology at the same time for decades. On the one hand, we have know-how on classic analog, ISDN and DECT technology and, on the other hand, we have in-depth knowledge of network technology, system technology and application development. With the introduction of VoIP technology, telecommunications are now becoming part of information technology, with very special requirements for network technology. Based on our experience with the de facto monopolists of classic telecommunications (Deutsche Post, Siemens ...), independence, interoperability and portability of the user are essential criteria for a VoIP telephone system. We are astonished to see the attempts of some providers to couple proprietary telephone systems with special hardware again in order to bring the user back into a dependency.

iQall is based on Asterisk
The open source software Asterisk is now installed on more than 1,000,000 servers worldwide and manages incoming and outgoing connections. A few years ago we decided to develop our iQall telephone system based on Asterisk in order to provide the user with a simple tool for configuring and managing the old and new telecommunication parameters. In doing so, we made sure that Asterisk's release capability was retained. This guarantees their further development as well as the adaptation to future standards for the user.
