TrainingIn our workshops we supply a fully configured and active iQall system which can be seamlessly integrated within existing PBX environment. Within two days we help you to configure the software according to your specific needs. This knowledge enables us also to provide you with advice running your day-to-day business.
OperatingWe offer you respectively your company comprehensive support introducing and running iQall.
During implemenation and post-installation experienced iQall-specialists will assist you and offering support for your day-to-day business as well.
MaintenanceWe will help you to keep your iQall software up to date. Benefit from our development enhancements and new features. If you should encounter difficulties and/or malfunctioning you can trust that our team will serve Hot Fixes.
The software maintenance will also offer you a customer support, during normal business hours. We are also offering individual support (e.g. 24/7) or extended contracts on your needs. Please contact us for more information.
