iQall as a Service

A great advantage of VoIP technology is that your telephone server can be located anywhere in the world. If you do not want a PBX server to be installed and operated in-house, then take advantage of this feature and use iQall as a managed service without restriction! 1)
 
For this purpose, in cooperation with our partners, we offer the operation of iQall as an in-house instance in highly secure data centers. In order to guarantee the best possible availability of your telephone system, the servers are connected to the Internet via at least 100 Mbit ports. In accordance with our requirements for failure safety and availability, all relevant components are designed redundantly. If the worst comes to the worst, replacement hardware is always on-site so that defective units can be replaced as quickly as possible.
 
The use of iQall as a managed service saves you the installation, operation and construction of the necessary infrastructure (maintenance, service, UPS, redundant internet connection, etc.) and you can still be reliably reached by your customers and business partners at all locations worldwide. You can use desk telephones, DECT telephones or softphones of your choice as end devices, as long as they comply with VoIP standards.
 
1) The prerequisite for the operation of iQall as a managed service is that iQall is operated as a pure VoIP PBX and no integration of ISDN lines or an existing PBX is necessary.
