iQall - Your VoIP PBX Phone System

Industry Solutions

Administration, manufacturing, call centers, hospitality ... - every industry has different and very specific requirements for a modern telecommunications system. In order to be able to meet the special needs, iQall provides special functions and applications to ensure optimal integration of the telephone system into the operational processes.

Hotel industry

The hospitality industry makes very special demands on a telecommunications system. On the one hand, the reception, administration and also the guests need an easy-to-use system that can be operated intuitively. With the "Hotel" module, iQall offers various hotel-specific options that guarantee this.

In our experience, most hotels now offer national calls free of charge on the basis of low-cost flat-rate telephony. As a result, the use of room telephones has increased again. So that the reception is not burdened with time by the switching of calls, iQall offers a direct extension for the guest rooms also for external calls. Furthermore, conversations from room to room are of course also possible without an operator.

Discretion is a principle in hotel operations and the telecommunications system in particular must consistently comply with all data protection regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). iQall takes all these requirements into account and supports this when guests change by automatically resetting the room telephone. This will delete all the last connections on the phone and legally compliant handling of guest data is guaranteed.

The connection data for billing or statistical evaluations are initially retained on the PBX and can be deleted as required.

Special customer service is essential for every hotel. With the optional FIAS interfaces to the Property Management System (PMS) and special functions, iQall supports you:

  • Integration of the iQall-GIS (guest information system) on special tablet phones
  • Display of the room number and the guest name on every telephone (e.g. 221 Max Mustermann)
  • Display of the selected function and the current employee (e.g. 100 receptionist Ms. Miller)
  • Activation and blocking of telephones
  • Minibar bookings by the service staff
  • Notification of the room status by the service staff
  • Information about room release via SMS to the guest's mobile
  • Monitoring of high-quality room telephones as protection against theft
