The iQall guest information system takes your electronic service to a new level and provides your guests with targeted information on offers or special promotions from your hotel, the location and the surrounding area, as well as any third-party offers you may want.
In the basic version, GIS shows the guest the desired information. The additional module GIS++ offers after a guest login via integrated FIAS interfaces to your PMS the options to display guest data (e.g. costs, etc.) and to make bookings or reservations (e.g. for the in-house restaurant, spa ... or for external services). The billing can then take place via the hotel bill or directly from the external service provider.
GIS is a browser-based application and does not require installation on your or on the guest telephones or tablets. This means that it can not only be used on any device, but also worldwide if desired. GIS supports all major browsers.
As a rule, iQall-GIS is integrated into the in-house WLAN (Public Spot) and the hotel website. This means that the guest information system is always displayed as the start page for every guest when they log into the hotel WLAN. He can then obtain information, take part in a guest survey or leave the site and use the Internet.
The GIS content can be entered and changed in any language, either by yourself or by iQall employees. Administration is also carried out using a browser-based administration tool and is available via a public but secure (SSL) Internet address.
